[PjC 11/27]: Rcvd VM from vndr after hrs. [PjC 11/30]: Left ANOTHER msg w/ vndr - Awaiting cb. [PjC 12/4]: Sending D279 (Carolina RV) to visit vndr/rprt back to us. [PjC 12/15]: D279`s visit stimulated callback: Vndr missing a few parts which we`ll send. [PjC 1/11]: Checked w/ vndr: no parts, Shppng says prts went to D279. Spoke with dlr who`ll delivr prts. [PjC 1/20]: Been calling vendor daily for last 3 days, leaving VM each time. May nd to send Dlr again. [PjC 1/22]: vndr needed final batch of mldgs, sent mldgs. [PjC 1/29]: Pts dept: "trim will arrive 2/2." [PjC 2/9]: Leaving daily VMs to get status & final bill. [PjC 2/10]: Vndr left VM: "got all parts, still vm stating they are not yet done-"almost finished". [PjC 2/22]: Left VM asking ETR: 2/23,2/24,2/26. [PjC 3/4]: Vndr: cld be done tmrrw/early nxt wk.
301550 2/17/2010 No Oil in unit, Knocking noise QUALITY FORD 4150 DONOVAN WAY LAS VEGAS, NV  LAS100895  Cust reported loud knocking noises, the unit was towed to the shop were they discovered no oil in the unit, the knocking is coming from the lower end of the engine possibly a bearing the vdr stated. [PjC 2/18]: Unit will probably nd deep teardown or new eng- Ramsays cant do this. They can tow to able vendor. Looking into solutions. [PjC 2/22]: Unit has been approved for a tow to Las Vegas area from Kanab UT...locating vendor for engine replacement. [PjC 2/23]: Unit going to quality FORD in the AM. [PjC 3/1]: Unit needs a new engine, vendor sending estimate. [PjC 3/4]: Est in, and too high. Wkg w/ vendor.

UNIT STORED AT DAY AND NIGHT TOWING FOR WEEKEND, AND WILL TOW UNIT TO QUAILITY FORD ON MONDAY [PjC 2/22]: Spoke with service who will send estimate after diag. [PjC 3/9]: Estimate is in - reveiwing for approval.
252881 2/23/2010 TRANNY AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION 124 E BEALE ST KINGMAN AZ 86401  PHX102119  UNIT SMOKING AND LEAKING TRANNY FLUID....VDR DIAG...CODES SAY TRANNY IS SLIPPING AND OVERHEATING.THIS IS CAUSING THE TRANNY FLUID TO BURN [PjC 2/24]: Awaiting est from vendor. [PjC 2/26]: Vendor`s computers are down - fax coming monday. [PjC 3/4]: Called to get the est faxed- shld be in by afternoon. [PjC 3/10]: Trans replacement approved -part will ship to vendor.
252899 2/25/2010 ACCIDENT, UNIT UNDRIVABLE Gould`s Body & Paint 607 Waynetown Road Crawfordsville, IN 47933  112991  CUST WAS DRIVING IN SNOW AND LOST CONTROL AND HIT BARRIER AND SLID OFF OF THE ROAD. FULL DAMAGE TO UNIT IS NOT KNOWN AT THIS TIME. HEADLIGHTS AND FRONT END DAMAGE STATED BY CUST. TA HAS REQUESTED PICTURES FROM TOW VDR, WAITING FOR CONFORMATION THAT THEY CAN. UNIT IS NOT DRIVABLE. Pictures are in the vehicle photo file [PjC 02/25]: Unit will be going to Gould`s Body & Paint for estimate tomorrow. [PjC 2/26]: Wilson`s dropping unit at Gould`s & faxing TA the orig tow bill. [PjC 3/4]: Spoke with Gould`s who says shop is busy (area snowfall caused many accidents)- they will get est to us as soon as a spot opens up.
252911 3/4/2010 Fried Cylinoid Snider Transmissions‎ AT 2905 Palmer Highway, Texas City, TX‎ 77590    ***Warrenty*** Went to COOK FORD 2600 PALMER HIGHWAY TEXAS CITY/TX/77590, phone number is 409-948-2541, but Cook Ford couldn`t work on it since they don`t have a lift that can lift that weight, so Ford brought it to Snider Transmissions‎ AT 2905 Palmer Highway, Texas City, TX‎ 77590, so they can work on it there. [PjC 3/4]: Called vendor who will contact FORD for guidance and fax us if anything falls outside of warranty.

301700 1/28/2010 MAIN SEAL ON TRANNY DAVIES FORD 2551 MEMORIAL BLVD CONNELLSVILLE PA  WARRANTY  CUST CALLED DAY BEFORE ABOUT TRANNY LEAK. CUST THEN DROVE OVER 450 MILES AND THE TRANNY`S MAIN SEAL HAS BROKEN.....UNIT UNDER WARRANTY AND TAKEN TO DAVIES FORD... [PjC 1/28]: Service closed, contact tomorrow. [PjC 2/04]: FORD will replace the transmission under warranty and contact us for approval on any charges. [PjC 2/16]: Ford says unit should be done by end of week. [PjC 2/22]: Problem more extensive than first thought - but still wrnty. ETR=2/26. [PjC 2/26]: Still not done, check back (3/3). [PjC 3/4]: Unit being peiced back together (ETR=3/5). [PjC 3/9]: Unit is done, email sent to P.Hill for transport.

[PjC 2/8]: Moving to vendor 2/9. [PjC 2/9]:Unit at Naples Auto & Truck - contact is Bill. Awaiting est. [PjC 2/11]: Estimate is in and approved. Sending TPS. [PjC 2/18]: TPS to arrive tomorrow PM. [PjC 2/23]: Bill @ Naples says the TPS worked, but unit needs a Pedal Asy as well - part being sent. [PjC 3/10]: Part has arrived, is installed, unit is ready to go.

Talked to other vdrs and they said it sounds like transmission is in fail safe mode. [PjC 02/25]: ODOM is under 30K (2007). If anything is not wnty FORD will fax for approval. Ken @FORD to call when unit`s done. [PjC 3/4]: FORD says parts have not come in from their source yet. [PjC 3/10]: Vendor reports unit is done.

NEED TO MAKE SURE NO DRIVABILITY ISSUES. TA WAITING CONFIRMATION FROM CUST THAT THEY HAVE BEEN TO UNIT AND TAKEN ALL PERSONAL ITEMS OUT AND OSL [PjC 3/3]: Sent info to PHill for pickup of unit.
